Junior Villa is a preexisting apartment under deep renovation about to be ready in the next couple of months as the uploaded 3D photos show. Please note that there are going to be differences to the actual outcome, to floor tiles, colors of wall and wooden furniture etc.

This is because materials are out of stock/long delivery lines/discontinued and we have to find alternatives. The alternatives will be as close as possible to the original 3D plan but definitely not the same.
