This comfortable well appointed independent villa is located just a few metres to one side of Villa Penelope and owned by the same family. The views from its sea facing verandah and the pool area are stunning and there is an ample private terrace area and gardens surrounding the pool to one side of the property.

The village of Stavros with its beautiful sand beaches is just over a twenty five mintues walk away and the nearest taverna is closer as is the local minimarket. The village has three tavernas but as you drive towards Chania town, you pass many more. Chania is a fascinating old Venetian town where you can spend hours just roaming the back streets, it is a shoppers paradise and there is an endless range of interesting restaurants and shops everywhere.

The villa consists of a large sitting/dining room with a fully fitted open plan kitchen at one end. The kitchen has a full size cooker with an oven and a dishwasher, and sufficient utensils for all your cooking needs. From the sitting room, three to four steps lead up to a hallway and all the bedrooms and the two bathrooms are off this hallway.

The property for all intents and purposes is a bungalow built on two levels. Two of the bedrooms are twin bedded and the other has a double bed and of the two attractive good size bathrooms, one has a shower and the other a bath. A washing machine is provided in the bigger bathroom. Interior is virtually identical to the first floor apartment in Penelope, so please also refer to its description.

The property is fully air conditioned and a satellite TV is provided in the sitting room.
